what do we think about trench coats for short people?

Have been looking at this and thinking.. short cotton trench I really need a spring type coat that is shower proof (at least pretending to be) that does duty for work and weekend.

Am short (5"1), size 10, 32C, slightly podgy round the middle - would I suit a double breasted trench coat? And why are Burberrys soooo expensive? Has anybody been to the factory shop?

I think that would be fine for you.. if you are 'heavier of nork' then double breasted is not usually as flattering.

However for you I think fine! I think thatc oat is nice, not sure of the £££S when so many places do nice trenches though.
