I liked both dresses tonight, whereas on election day, wasn't bothered about Sarah's for the polling station trip but loved Sam's purple one (she clearly likes purple).

They commented on BBC news just now that by the time Cameron got to no 10 it was getting dark and very cold. She should have had a warm coat on but it was a nice dress I thought.

I liked Sarah Brown's dress too but I agree that the tights and shoes let the outfit down.

I thought the Brown boys looked sweet too

Am liking SamCam's dress.

Am a little by the "Cameron echoes JFK in first address as Prime Minister" bullet in the DM headline. Have been rather busy doing other stuff, so haven't actually seen any news, but did Cameron really bring to mind JFK?? Another for double measure.

I think Sarah was wearing Spanx tonight- her waist looked tiny and her tummy flat but her backside is huge and her thighs rub together when she walks- her feet always look too far apart when she walks!

I thought the strange folds on the top of her dress were unflattering and the neck too high.

anyway- she and GB ae history now- hurrah!

samcam looked nice tonight imo

MrsRhettButler · 11/05/2010 23:34

oh god.. i'm embarrassed they look nice on meeee

Bonsoir · 12/05/2010 06:49

SamCam looked great in that dress. She manages to combine elegant and chaste very effectively. Whatever anyone thinks about the Camerons, they definitely try very hard indeed not to do bling in any shape or form.

crumpette · 12/05/2010 10:04

SamCam looked amazing in that dress, I love it. I think she wore the same style in black/green recently too- it's really nice. No idea where it's from I imagine she's had it made for her

Sarah looked very nice too, I actually thought her dress was very classy and elegant and HOW CUTE are the baby Browns?

Ha! Love that last pic of DC and the Queen. HM looks delighted: "At last! A chap one can relate to. And how is your mother?"

i doubt it somehow..there is a famous short clip of her greeting first MT (big smile 'how are you' etc...then TB (face suddenly reversed!) in a queue of dignitaries...
i think DC is a lot like TB in style. i don't think a slick PR exterior goes down well with HM. Possibly she's just relieved she can now take the corgis for a good long walk without the danger of being called back on official business.....

I think she's pleased to have a nice Conservative back in charge. I'm sure having a PM with a socialist background didn't thrill her.
