Uniqlo Sizing Help please

Just wondering if anyone could tell me whether uniqlo sizing runs big or small or true to size? I am a 10 sometimes 12 - can I get away with a 10 and a Small?

I am a 16/18 and the tops i got recently in xl fit nicely (they say xl is 16)

The regular stuff is pretty true to size but the +J runs small, I'd go for a medium in any of that but 10 and small for anything else should be fine!

i am a 12 and buy a 'm'. i think it runs a tiny bit small as could have probably down with the 'l' in the sweatshirt dress i bought (am wearing it as i type!). their stuff is lovely quality, i am a real uniqlo convert.

I think if you are 10/12 you can wear small. If you like your tops fitted (not tight). Otherwise, go to med.

that's weird - I think the +J runs big!

I normally buy a small (size 10 in normal shops inc Boden, 12 in Topshop!) but couldn't button up one of the J+ jackets I ordered in size S (admittedly I am a bit podgy round the middle) - thank god for shop returns. But the cardigans were quite big. I have just bought a pair of Uniqlo jeans (skinny fit coloured ones) and to my surprise I fit a 26inch (normally a 29-30inch in e.g. Levis). So it depends on what you buy.

Cool - thank you very much! Will probably go for m to be on the safe side as was thinking of the J+ range mainly. I seem to be more 11 ish on the bottom so won't risk it (also have spent whole day in size 10 trousers that I accidently put in the tumle drier - never again!!).
