Short and fat and need a day dress

I'm 5foot and size 16 with big boobies. I need a nice day dress to wear with my new denim jacket. Has anyone of a simular build made a good purchase recently?

I always think a wrapover style dress is very flattering to a curvy lady like you ( and me). as you are not too tall knee length is best. I saw a lovely red number in the House of frazer sale last week ,but bought the top instead. Bargains can always be found in new look too,hope you get something , T
