Neednew jacket,bag and shoes, please help!

My new work uniform is a very boring black polo shirt with black trousers(tight round the bum and thighs, wide-ish flare from the knee,the length would only work with flats or a very small heel.

What kind of jacket/shoe/bag combo would you recommend so that I can still look stylish going to and from work?

Am a 14, big boobs, shoulder length dark hair and very pale skin (blue almost!!)

Please help, can't see anything I like.

maybe pick a colour and get a few different shades to jazz it up? theres loads of places that do flat pumps and maybe that would be the first thing to work from? or pick a nice jacket and get shoes and bags in diff shades of the same? silver always looks good with black, even if its not totally bling, like grey grey with hints of silver iykwim?

Thank you ninja, logo on tshirt has green in it, so maybe green shoes?or is that a bit naff?

what about a dull gold? that goes well with green? could do that for the bag and shoes and go with some green accessories like a chunky bangle or something?
