Any recomendations for a foundation for really pale skin ?

Am v pale with not great complexion so looking for good coverage but still natural look. why even when i think i have put on lots of bronzer/blusher in photos always look ghostly beside everyone else ???

Barbara Daly make-up from Tesco is very good for pale skin. The one I use now is No7 but I think discontinued - it's the only one that covers without wiping out my freckles as well.

Estee lauder and bobbi brown have colours that suit my pale skin....i find most foundations are either too yellow or pinky for me.

I'd recommend Chanel's Teint Innocence. £35 a pop, but latest bottle has lasted almost a full year as it's a very light foundation that just evens out skin tone.

I don't know if it's available in the UK but Bourgeois have a new range of mineral make up out in France called UNE. Their lightest foundation is extremely pale, too pale even for my ghostly complexion (the second lightest was about right for me), so that might be worth a look if you can find it.

I've had this problems for ages too and am forever buying foundations only to decide after a week that they are still a bit too orange for my pasty face.

I found even Estee Lauder was a little too dark for me.

I went into Bobbi Brown at the weekend though and got their lightest shade called alabaster and finally seem to have got something pale enough. The girl at the counter gave me a satchet to try at home so I could be sure in different lights that it looks ok so might be worth a try?

Some of the Clinique foundations are pretty pale.

As for bronzer, maybe some of the colours are too harsh for your skin. Have you tried Benefit Georgia, that adds a lovely glow to pale skin. Well it does for me and I look like a ghost most of the time.

Plus be pale and interesting!!! Thats what I keep telling myself anyway .

Oh sorry, I look like a right thread steeler, but try Smashbox their colours go right from white as white to really dark. Try their website and take a look.
