A short or cropped smart black blazer for under £30?

I want to wear it with a cowl necked dress for an interview, so needs to be single breasted and open- necked IYSWIM.

Oh, and I need it in a size 18-20.

I also second H&M for smart black blazers for about £25-£30. They're quite short, too
