Wish me luck - I have given in and bought a moon cup, and today is my first day using it!

So far I'm surprised I can't feel it!

I was a bit anxious cos when I was practicising putting it in the other day my bits got a bit tender, but it went in this morning no trouble

LOL AuntieMaggie, yes, you have to be careful to break the 'suction' when removing or it does feel a little like that!

pointydog · 07/05/2010 15:58

I'm trying to se ethe style and beauty link

OnlyWantsOne · 07/05/2010 16:00

can you use them for post partum bleeding?

or looking back through rose tinted glasses you probably wouldnt want to be shoving any thing back up there would you

AuntieMaggie · 07/05/2010 16:02

sorry pointy but it's not really general health either is it?

as it's in style and bauty I thought op was going to say she was wearing it as a fetching necklace pendant or something.

foreverastudent · 07/05/2010 16:17

i tried it but felt like i was sitting on it when i sat down. is that normal?

RockSolidLabourSeat · 07/05/2010 16:49

How does one empty it if you don't mind me asking? I have visions of rinsing out a cup of menstrual blood in the sink at the public loo...

Since we get charged VAT on monthly supplies they must be a luxury grooming product no? Think it fits in well in this topic.

purplepeony · 07/05/2010 17:09

You should post under health!

LetThemEatCake · 07/05/2010 17:23

Relevant to S&B if user is wearing dark/ patterned bottoms in case of accidents, I guess

AuntieMaggie · 07/05/2010 17:30

I certainly am wearing dark coloured bottoms

foreverastudent - no it's not normal to feel it when you sit down - did you trim the stem?

well i'm emptying it into the loo and wiping it off...
