Need a dress for a smart-casual evening event. Any views on this from Oli?

It's nice - could do with a wrap if chilly. Dresses are long but skirts short - whats that about!

Oh that's really lovely It would look good with a cropped cardi as well.

New Look have a v similar one, I noticed it today, it's got sequins on the trim around the bust and is really pretty.
