Help been invited out friday to dinner to large food chain and drinks after dont wont to go as the last time I looked a frump have no idea what to wear ?

Im 35 years old and a size 10, I recently brought some jeggings which are a blue colour, I though I could wear with heels and a long top and a long nautical cardigan.
What do you think, or something else,I want to look nice and trendy help me please?.
Or i will stay in and wear my pjs ha ha.

I am no expert, but that doesn't sound frumpy. Not sure about the jeggings with heels, but perhaps someone else can advise.

In any case, only you will remember what you're wearing, just go and have fun and relax. Some of my favourite and fun colleagues are completely unbothered about how
they look and it really makes no difference to the lives they lead.

Sounds great, or just jeans, heels and long cardi. You must feel relaxed and then you'll have a great time!

I would forego the leggings for nice jeans. Bear in mind you will be sitting down for most of the night. In the semi dark.
