handbag for wedding outfit - opinions please

Hi,

I am going to a rather grand wedding in Scotland soon and am looking for a new handbag as have nothing suitable. My outfit is from Phase Eight and I have bought the 'Amelia Burnout dress' (silver and grey)and the silk frill bolero in dark grey. Sorry, I seem unable to manage a link .

I am quite taken by the 'Fabulous Clutch' bag in the Boden catalogue and like the fuchsia one but also wonder if the grey one would be more sensible . I will also be taking my grey velvet coat which I bought from Boden a couple of years ago as it may be cold in Scotland, but am concerned it might be too much grey. So.. advice please and if anyone can find me a cheaper version of the bag above I would be very grateful as I can't seem to find anything. I am also not sure it is worth the price - does anyone have it?

i think a bright bag would work well. that boden one is £££ for not-leather though. can you bear to go to tk maxx & look for a bargain? if you're in london, cos does v nice simple patent leather clutches for about £40.

Not cheaper, but leather and gorgeousgrey oneplus they do it in silver too..
