Sizing help for fitted T-shirts

Over the last year I have managed to shed nealy 4 stone and I have been looking at some fitted T-shirts but I'm a bit lost with regards to sizes quoted in inches as I have never been able to fit in them in the past.
They come in 32" 34" and 36" is that my bra size or should I be measuring over my boobs? Or is it something different altogether?
Thanks

Congrats on your weight loss!

What I do with fitted t-shirts is buy a size bigger because they always seem to shrink a bit in the wash; it must be whatever makes them stretchy.

If you are in the shop then try them on to makes sure they fit properly.

But if you're buying online it is a bit harder.

With a bra measurement the number (like 32, 36 etc) is the measurement of our ribcage, it doesn't take into account your boobs with sit out a few inches more than your ribs. So, if you're in doubt, go up one size.

Hope that helps
