Discreet hair accessories for adult bridesmaids

Anyone seen anything suitable for 3 women aged mid thirties to early 40s to wear in their hair without looking ridiculous? We all have mid length-long hair.

The bride doesn't really know what we should do with our hair and what, if anything, we should put in it. She is wearing a delicate silver and crystal band thingumy in hers.

Personally I wouldn't bother. Get a good blow dry on the day and leave the hair accessories alone.

Traceys idea is good. When I got married my sister had a frnech plait done and we threaded a rose through it.

No accessory was plan A, but we are wondering if we will look "done" enough with just earrings. The younger bridesmaids have a small sparkly headband.
