jazzing up interview outfit

i have an interview on wednesday so not much chance for major shopping trip. i am going to wear a black suit, white shirt and taupe shoes. should i go for a bright nail varnish and a bright necklace? or stick with taupe nail varnish and a black and white necklace? i am also unsure of what colour eyeshadow to wear- if i wear brown/taupe i am in danger of being completely unmemorable. any tips would be welcome as i am really a jeans and t-shirt girl.

What kind of job is the interview for? I think that might influence how you should dress.

low grade admin job with the local council

I would go with bright necklace so that you are memorable but keep make-up fairly neutral (maybe a brightish lipstick). Good Luck!
