Help! Maternity (or not) jersey maxi dress - help me find it please!

I saw a woman in a lovely jersey maxi dress today, but she was on the other side of the road so I couldn't ask her where it was from. She was about 7 months pregnant so might have been maternity, but maybe not. It was a sort of royal blue colour, and vest style. Any ideas where I could find a blue one? Tried American Apparel, no luck there..

No, Bristol! Why, did you see the same woman?! Maybe there are hoards of them wondering around looking glam in maxi dresses. That's lovely by the way, maybe would accommodate a bump too. Thanks very much
