Foundation advice

I currently use Mac Studio Fix foundation but I think it's contributing to my bad skin so I'm looking for something else.

Does anyone have any experience of Clinique foundations? The ones on their website look good for oily skin. I have very clogged pores and lots of blackheads so am looking for something fairly light.

I got one recently, it's called even better and it has an spf15. light to medium coverage i'd say.. I am USELESS at picking out a make up for my self so I got the girl at the counter to do it for me, and I'm glad. have had complements since wearing this new make up. I don't get spots but the clinique sales woman asked questions about my skin.

i like clinique because i think they're just as good as estee lauder or lancome but they are a bit cheaper.

ps, my skin is dry

Thanks for the reply. The 'even better' one looked good as I have some acne scarring. Though I was a bit sceptical as to whether it would make a difference to the scars.

They do a high coverage make-up for scarred skin. could you use two different make ups? high coverage just on the scarring?

I use two make ups though. I use the palest colour around my eye and then mix the pale colour with something a shade darker for the rest of my face. It sounds a pain, but i've got used to that. I have very pronounced dark shadows under my eyes. using a paler colour under my eyes than on the rest of my face sort of helps!
