I used Crest White strips this time last year for my 40th birthday party. I was fine when they were on but that night was actually crying from the pain & thinking I may have to cancel my party.

They did work & the pain only lasted about 12 hours but I just don't know if I could face it again...

There is also a freshman the flavour. It works. It's I expensive. If used properly it won't damage your teeth.

Be aware that if you damage the enamel of your teeth with harsh home whitening treatments it will not grow back and the layer below enamel is dentine. Dentine is yellow.

Crest strips are great. I went up about 6 shades but my teeth were quite yellow to start with. Loads of people tell me I have lovely teeth now, which is such a confidence booster. White teeth definitely make you look younger and red lipstick looks so much better!

I did mine intensely to start with ( every day for a week) and then top up every couple of months to keep on top of matters. I use the supreme whitening ones. No sensitivity after the initial week.

Crest Whitestrips hurt so much that I can never go there again.
