Can I wear these trousers with heels?

I can't link to River Island but they're called "roll up boyfriend chino" 3 along on page 5.

I think they look nice and summery but I wonder if at 5'4" I'm too short of leg for cropped trousers unless I wear them with heels..sooo..just not sure if I'd look ridiculous in wedge heels with above trousers

I think it depends on the heels and your size. I am shorter than you and I would wear flats similar to the ones on the page with a loose white vest. I think heels can sometimes create a upside down triangle effect which is unflattering with those tyoe of trousers.HTH

I'm an 8 at the moment but a bit wobbly around the middle, so was thinking about loose vest top.

Ok so I probably need to try them on but I detest fitting rooms, I like those sandals, was thinking of getting some medium height wedge sandal type shoe thing to go with them but I'm rubbish at putting outfits together. Thanks for replying

Definitely with heels.

Rolled up chinos and heeled sandals is big this spring/summer.
