Maxi dress for a shorty

I want to get a maxi dress, which is all floaty and hippie like.
I am 5ft2 and dont know where to look (online), please help!

I've got one - I'm only 5 foot nothing.

I had to take it up!

I got one from Warehouse (in John Lewis) last week. I am 5 foot. This one just skims the floor when I am in flats, a bit above when in heels. Could easily be taken up though due to style.

Next have maxi dresses in their latest catalogue - saw it at a friend's house this evening and noticed.

miss selfridge have a black embelished one in their petite sectiom. I too tried a lovely one in warehouse which skimmed floor (although I was wearing wedges) I;m 5'1

I ordered one online from Matalan which is white with a little purple ditsy print.It is good for an everyday dress and really nice on.It is just on my ankles on me-I'm 5ft3in on a good day!.They also have kids ones,age 12-13 fits me, with a ruched top which I guess would fit up to size 12 top half,also in really nice ditsy print colours, but come up shorter.Thirdly I have bought a more dressy one in silk and linen from a local boutique from Part Two [a danish brand]which is exactly the right length.I think you can google to find stockists.I hope this helps.

This is the one I have which I think looks prettier on then in this picture TBH.

Hijack

Been trying to find one, but Miss Selfridge and Next are totally sold out of petite sizes (or a 5-6 week wait)

The printed Navaho maxi from Miss Selfridge is lovely, but it apparently was shown on GMTV so it flew off the website. I tried on a 14 petite as it was all that was left and it was massive.

I cant seem to find any other petite ones in stock.

So if you do find any, let me know!

Still looking, am going to take a detour to matalan now..
