How do you wash your make-up sponges?

I treated myself to some Laura Mercia ones... which I LOVE!!! Just wandering how to keep them clean? Oh, and are the cheapey ones just as good as expensive ones (This is my first time using them!) Thanks!

Warm water and mild shampoo

dry on a towel on top of a radiator or in an airing cupboard

I have a Laura Mercier powder brush which i love, but i haven't used a sponge for an age ...
