I need a moss green bra to go under a green & pink dress for an occassion at the end of May.

I have walked the legs clean off myself today in the local area & had no luck...

I am a size 36E & would love some help!!!

Could you dye an old bra? I seem to recall nylon takes dye well. Or change the straps for ribbons/elastic the right colour?

Not quite sure what you mean by moss green,

but this is pretty

mossish??

FairhairedandFrustrated · 24/04/2010 21:54

Some lovely bras there

By moss green I mean a darkish green... though pink might work too, but maybe white would do.

I was looking on the Monsoon site there to see if I could find the dress, but I couldn't! I bought it in January.... 'tis floral kind of.

I don't even like it anymore But I have brill pink shoes, bag & wrap so thought it would save me from buying a lot of stuff... now I can't find a bra.

May have to resort to the dye idea!!

Thanks all so much, you've gone to a lot of trouble for me, but none of them are the right shade - I should've bought the underwear before the woman in the shop talked me into buying the dress!!

Perhaps those granny flesh coloured ones are the way to go?

Could you wear a camisole over a cream/ivory/pink one?

What shade of pink is it?

FairhairedandFrustrated · 24/04/2010 21:56

I've just looked the dress & it's described as khaki green I may have more luck finding a bra now that I know that....

kahki

FairhairedandFrustrated · 24/04/2010 22:02

Shocking pink.

The top of the dress is the khaki & white flower pattern, the band round the middle is pink & so is a wee bit at the bottom of the dress.

It's for an event in Church so can't really be going down the shocking pink bra route...

The dress is too fitted to wear a cami under.

It sounds minging now, but it's OK.

Thanks Katie.

My size isn't there

No matter, I'll keep on looking...and if I can't get the right shade of green I'll see what white looks like below it.
