Am making a desparate call to you all to help me scrub up for a wedding i have in a couple of weeks.
Got myself a dress, similar to this one: www.marksandspencer.com/Per-Una-Linen-Panelled-Floral/dp/B002Z3U6OU?extid=af_a_Content_79682 but not exactly the same. So is basically large grey and black flowers on a white background. i was a little unsure at the dress not being colourful and was not sure whether I should choose a brighter colour to get shoes, bag, jewellry, hair thingy or whether to just stick to silver accessories or black or white?
What do you reckon, what colour should I go for? The wedding will not be really formal if that helps. any ideas gratefully received, thanks!

Red or hot pink.

What's your colouring?

I would wear hot pink or lime with black and white.

pink

necklace

Hot pink accessory and chunky silver jewellery.

Don't try and match your shoes, shawl and bag though....will look a bit naff, IMO. So pick hot pink for one accessory and have the rest neutral.

I think hot pink shoes would look brill but I could be wrong. Safer option would be hot pink shawl/hair thingy.

so, if i went for a bright pink hair accessory and chunky silver jewellry, what colour bolero or shawl should i get?

I think having the shawl/bolero the same shade as your hair accessory would be nice, esp if your ahir accessory isn't massive.

Have a neutral colour for your shoes and bag, something that blends with your dress. I can't picture what "neutral" would be best, black would prob work. Someone else might have a better idea.

I think you'll look great & i hope you have a good time.
