I have searched the archives and all the UK shops I can think of
I only want a couple of tops
I had a reasonable Carriwell one before but they don't seem to make it anymore

I don't want to pay £15 for that vest thing that isn't a vest

MIL is coming over from the USA so I could buy online from there if anyone has any suggestions

H&M usually do some with their maternity range.

Not very stylish though.

Would you not be happy with the double tops thing and a lightweight scarf/cardigan. I do this and am very discreet.

EldonAve · 24/04/2010 10:06

thanks, I think the double tops thing will make me too hot

Glamourmum make fantastic bf vests. They are long and supportive and can be worn as a layer so you don't get a cold tummy while feeding. Tbh I never bothered with 'proper' bf tops just wore reuglar ones that could be lifted or lowered easily and the vests for cooler weather.

BertieBotts · 24/04/2010 21:32

H&M are good, because a lot of their tops have buttons down the front/middle which actually do up, rather than just being sewn on for decoration, so you can easily breastfeed in them.

These are not tops specifically in the maternity section, BTW, but across all of their ranges.

I am a bit bemused as to why a double layer top will be any less hot than wearing a thin vest top underneath a normal top.

I got a few breastfeeding tops from Blooming Marvellous. I love them. Wear them all the time.
