Ever been on one? I am in June. It doesnt look ultra formal but there is one black tie night. Its only for 5 nights. What kind of clothes do you take? I dont want to take a load of gear I wont end up wearing. I dont want to spend loads of money either.

You will only have one 'formal night' on a 5-night cruise. One evening dress will do.
Comfy clothes and good shoes for port days, casual dresses and sandals for sea days. A couple of smart top & skirt/trouser sets for evening wear.

What line are you going with?

Oooh I'm interested to hear too as I'm going on one in Oct. Do the men all wear a tux as DH is a bit about that.

A dinner jacket with bow tie for formal nights seems to be the norm, unless it's with Cunard

Royal Caribbean, Im really excited.. A girly long weekend. Have you ever been with them. It has an ice rink!! I think casual during the day. Thats why I was asking about Maxi dresses earlier. I thought one might be ideal. Any input is appreciated.
