this Incredibly flattering and sexy, which I never thought I'd say about a grey jersey dress from Markies. Just had to pass it on.

v nice....but bet SamCam will be wearing it any day soon!

Elemental · 20/04/2010 11:48

Ooh nice, I like.

ZZMum · 20/04/2010 11:55

I have it - and so do most of my friends - it is one of those dresses that seems to have become viral!

MaineGirl · 20/04/2010 12:34

i like that dress but my mum brought it so counts it out for me!

Bleatblurt · 20/04/2010 12:36

It's lovely but I would look like a sack of tatties in it.

Hassled · 20/04/2010 12:39

It's lovely but I can't work out if it would disguise a tummy or just accentuate it - what do you reckon?

Earlybird · 20/04/2010 12:40

Looks nice in the photo, but isn't that awfully cheap? What is the fabric like?

IndigoSky · 20/04/2010 12:43

Is it very clingy and static? Looks like you wouldn't be able to switch on a light without going up in a whoosh of flames.

Monadami · 20/04/2010 12:47

Plenty of draping and gathering, somewhere to keep my fat gut. It's not bad, but because it's M&S you'll probably see 100 other women wearing it on the same day.

getthewineinthefridge · 20/04/2010 13:10

Doesn't it make you look pregnant?
Photo not particularly flattering...

bunnymother · 20/04/2010 14:00

Deffo a SamCam dress, esp as its roomy up front! SamCam keeping it real, as she accessorises with one of her £900 handbags .

It is a v nice dress, though. SamCam has lovely taste and always looks terrific.

Honeymum · 20/04/2010 14:37

I've got it and it's great - looks much more expensive than it is and the drapy bit should be odd but isn't. My DH said "it makes you look slim" when I tried it on!!!

purplepeony · 20/04/2010 15:32

Think it looks a bit maternity- and on a shorter person will look like a sack.
sorry.

ClickNegg · 20/04/2010 15:47

haev seen in rl
on anyone over a 14 looks liek sack of spuds

Themasterandmargaritas · 20/04/2010 15:52

Does it not cling to a larger arse?

duckyfuzz · 20/04/2010 21:42

I tried it on a couple of months ago, very unflattering I thought

FritziGreenEyes · 21/04/2010 09:39

Sorry, but I don't really like it . I think it would make me look pregnant and cling to my enormous butt.

But if it makes you feel fabulous, enjoy and don't worry about your friends wearing it too. I'm sure you can style it in many different ways as the colour is really neutral.

doggiesayswoof · 21/04/2010 13:03

I have it - tis nice on me but I am tall and not too big

Don't think it would flatter bigger women

The fabric has wool in - feels nice and looks expensive

Gok dressed someone in it IIRC.

thighsmadeofcheddar · 21/04/2010 13:05

What about if you have big boobs?
