Summer work clothes - any recommendations?

I need a few new things for work. I work in an office and its smart casual but tending towards the smart side really. I am not sure what to get, I always find summer tough cause its not outside but airconditioned inside. I am not very tall and a size 14.

Also, can anyone recommend good tights for the summer?

Thanks.

good old shift dresses - look smart, are nice and cool. i always have little cardigans for inside the overly a/c office which bizarrely then remove to go OUTSIDE

best summer tights for office - nude coloured fishnets. cooler then normal tights and last longer (no ladders) and look like normal nude tights unless you get a few inches away

I prerf shirt dresses - less armpittage

Oh, love the fishnet tip. Will try that.

Dresses sound good, I was wearing wrap dresses mostly for the winter so it would sound like a good progression.

Any good places to buy from?

Nude fishnet hold ups - better than tights in the heat.

Smart cotton trousers good as then you don't have the to-tight-or-not-to-tight question.

Will try and pop back after dinner with more ideas/to have a nosey!
