I love Dermalogica products, as they are fragrance free and great for sensitive skin. Although I'm also using Clarins and Sisely at the moment.

I have PCOS and prone to ocassional break outs. I've found since I started using Dermalogica's Dermal Clay Cleanser, break outs have become less frequent. Most salons stocking their products will do a free "Skin Mapping", which means they will analyse your skin and select the correct products for your skin type.

Generally though, a good skincare routine should involve cleansing with a soap free cleanser twice daily, toning which I would say is optional and then using a good quality moisturiser, which ideally should contain a Sun Block (SPF.) You should also exfoliate twice weekly, to remove dead skin cell build up and help unblock pores.

Liz earl products have really changed my life, the cleanser is the best i've used and each time i order i treat myself to another item, own quite a collection now, they are also generous with freebies. You can order trial sizes to see how you get on.

I also liked dermalogica but found it hard to buy small sizes to try out, you have to buy a pack which would contain things i didnt want. The daily exfoilant is very nice though.
