How many mac eyeshadows do you own?

I have one shadestick though. I blame it on there not being a MAC counter within about a 50 mile radius. If there was one in my city it would probably number a good 20

rainbow I am thinking about having a mac makeup splurge, are their eyeshadows good and why?

I have a mac counter a 10 minute drive away. Yes, they are best I've ever used.

Bloody susylvester (Yes, I know who you are) recommended the slate one the other day to go with graphite pencil. Offs I goes and buys the pencil and ask for the "slate" shade at the mac counter only to find it doesnt exist. Had to choose a shimmery grey one (very nice) with no preplanning.

I can feel another buy coming up though.

Their eyeliners are good too. Not used anything else.

3 - two brown, and one teal. They last amazingly well, and the pigment level is great, so you really get the colour in the pot.

I also have a 120 pro pallette, 2 YSL pallettes, 3 dior pallettes and 2 urban decay ones.... unecessary, obsessive and wasteful as I really only ever use about 4 shades!

I own mac brushes, but not the eyeshadows. What is good about them?

High pigment, no fall out, LOADS of colours, blend well, last all day, big pots..... umm.... not massively expensive

I have to catch the train to get to the Mac counter, otherwise I'm sure I'd have a lot more.

foureleven, hate to tell you but Mac don't do a 120 pro palette, there are a lot of fakes around claiming to be such a beast but they are fakes. Be careful cos the fakes could have things in them you might not want to put on your eyes IYSWIM

1. I have all the grey ones - for the smudge rock chick look. Two greens, one is moss I think. And a brown and a base colour. The burgundy I can give or take. I hate their eye pencils, have had notthing but bad luck with them. Love their blushers though, the Springsheen is orange and looks fab on. The lipstick that I always get comments on is Cockney whenever I wear it people ask me where its from. I wouldnt touch their foundation, not after you all directed me to Chanel!
