mac smoulder eyeliner

I hear this is the tops in the eyeliner field.How and why is it any better than say a rimmel cheapie.What is the eyeliner best buy?

It will be softer going on than a rimmel one. And it will stay put for longer. If you 'youtube' Black Eyeliner review there will be someone like lauren luke, mischevious or pixiwoo reveiwing a load and theyll tell you the merits of one over another. Personally I love the dior one with the blender brush on the end. Cant remember what its called.. blackout maybe?

Bobbi brown one is really good too. Definitely miles better than rimmel. If you wanted a cheaper one though, bodyshop is fairly good.

I dont get on with Mac eyeliners, they break too easily for me. I usually use an eyeliner brush and wet my eyeshadow.
