What do you say to these?

Nice shape but don't like the fact they've got Karen Millen written down the side.

I love Tom Ford for sunglasses as not really logo'd and very lightweight. However quite a bit more £££.

Do they look nice on?

cyb · 17/04/2010 15:20

I've never paid more than a tenner for sunglasses! I go to Marks...mine get all scratched and stretched after one summers wear...don't yours?

traceybath · 17/04/2010 15:24

Oh no - I look after my sunglasses very carefully. They live in their little Tom Ford box and get wiped with their little cloth.

I have a new pair sat upstairs waiting for my holiday.

Sunglasses and handbags are my weakness

cyb · 17/04/2010 15:25

mine get shoved on top of my head, thrown in the car, worn by ds3 etc etc. hence the cheap and cheerful

I fancy some aviator type ones this year actually

traceybath · 17/04/2010 15:29

Next seemed to have a good range the other day when I was in there.

Lucycat · 17/04/2010 15:31

Nice glasses - oh I wish I wasn't blind and had to wear prescription ones. It must be great to have a variety of pairs at a tenner to choose from!
It's what I tend to spend my 'birthday money' on - June birthday = sunglasses

Lucycat · 17/04/2010 15:31

not literally blind you understand just short sighted

RedBlueRed · 17/04/2010 15:45

Cyb, I have alway worn cheap/bought in a tourist shop at the beach glasses so yes, pretty much a new thing for me.

Tracey, I think they look nice on but I feel a little silly because they are so much more glam than I normally am.

I actually bought them last year in an attempt to be stylish but lack the confidence to wear them .

Cain you will look fab in them.

Put them on and go and sit in the garden in them

RedBlueRed · 17/04/2010 17:17

I went a step further than that, I have been out to the shops in them!
Painted nails, new hairdo, glam shades - I am getting to be such a laydee!

hideous

MaineGirl · 17/04/2010 19:23

they are lovely, admittedly nicer without karen millen on side but lovely all the same

MartinlovesDebi · 17/04/2010 19:34

I like them. Remind me of those Oliver Peoples Vanadis ones, which is only a good thing

Lucycat - I am the same. I look after them VERY carefully.

Jewelsandgems · 17/04/2010 21:20

I think they are really nice and if they make you feel good and look good then all the better.

I used to look afyer my Gucci sunglasses and loved them. And then they were stolen....I am still very that they are gone, they were very expensive and being a SAHM I think my Gucci days are over. Saying that, I did get a lovely pair from M&S for £5 which are easily as nice
