Hi

Not really and S&B question but I guess you are the guys who know about shopping!

My MIL bought my lo a pair of wellies from Next a few months ago. He has not worn them as he is taking rather a long time to decide to walk so they are unworn and the tags still on. I presume that Next no longer stock them as I am sure that they probably have their Spring clothes/shoes in now so could I get a refund?

Sorry, I don't live close to a Next so it would be a trip just for that and I would rather save my time/effort than get there and find that they won't refund. I do have the receipt if that makes any difference.

Many thanks in advance

I think you have a certain amount of time to return, 28 days or something. As they're no longer part of the range then you will have trouble getting them to take them back. I would just eBay them or give them to someone who can use them.

I think you would usually have 28 days to return, unless they are faulty.

Thanks. Will ebay them as suggested. Shame because they are so cute. Still, I guess he might need them in the summer ... (if they still fit)?

I'd ebay them, when i wanted wellies most of the sizes had sold out so we didn't get our first choice.
