Does anybody know the following:- if a house has fallen into disrepair and it is owned by three people with one living there rent free as Occupant what happens when the Occupant dies? It states in the original Will that the Occupant is responsible for the repairs. This has not been done.

Does the house get renovated and the cost taken out of the Occupant's share or do all three owners have their share deducted too?

The deceased relative lived in the house for many years.
