I need linen trousers please

Have started looking through my summer kit and realised that a favourite pair of 3/4 linen trousers are a bit battered (well they are 10 years old ).

So ................. has anyone spotted a quality pair of cream linen trousers (quite like them being flarey) or beige for that matter? Price up to £50? Preferably 3/4 length but don't mind full length.

TIA.

Have you tried White Company? I got a great pair of beigey full length linen trousers from there last year - and they have them in again this year (or at least, they look the same in the catalogue).

I was really pleased with the cut of them (and being a 5'3" pear-shape, loose trousers don't always flatter!) and will definitely be wearing them again this year. In fact, I might treat myself to another pair in another colour for my hols in summer.

Think they are about £60 (which I know is a little bit more than you were thinking) but they have been worth every penny.

If you're going to do linen trousers - I really think they need to be full length. 3/4 and flarey is just not flattering.

These are £££ but look lovely quality.

M&S normally have a good selection at a reasonable price.

thanks ladies.

PA - hadn't thought of White Company but will have a look now,

TB - you're so right and when i was typing 3/4 length i had in my head my full length white flarey trousers, but the ones that need replacing are 3/4 length iyswim??!!

think i'm going to go for full length anyway. love the Jigsaw ones - am trying to get them to match a patterned coat that has a cream/beige background - could be tricky!

thanks again

Next do good linen trousers (I know not many like Next, but for basics like that it's fine)

And so do Sainsburys! 100% linen for about £20. Bought two pairs last summer and was really pleased with them.

Hobbs are good if you want heavier weight - usually half price if you live anywhere near an outlet like Bicester.
