Help a clueless tomboy find a dress please?

I need a skimpyish dress to make somebody very special smile. I am hopeless at this.
I am short, thin, scanty of bust and have weird knees which I am self-conscious about.
Oh, and I am skint.

bodycon dress? As for your knees i think some lovely glossy stockings might do the trick in more than one respect

My lovely boss has got a figure like yours sounds and she wears funky coloure tights with heels and pencildresses for work loks fab!
