where can I find plain, leather or suede ballet pumps that don't cost squillions?

Just that, really. I want a pair in tan/ camel/taupe suede, or at a pinch gold leather. I thought they would be very easy to find but everywhere I look these days they seem to be excessively embellished or pointed. And I don't really want to spend more than £30 so no thanks to french sole, pretty ballerinas etc.

Any suggestions most welcome!

New Look- in shops rather than online. Their leather shoes are surprisingly good quality, and very cheap.

all excellent suggestions, thank you. I popped into Next at lunchtime and somehow have come out with some very nice suede ones in red with a ruffle [hmmm]
not quite what I was aiming for but they are cute

now apparently I can't even type emoticons properly let alone be trusted to shop for shoes in a sensible colour
