Which shoes with skinny jeans

I'm a recent convert to skinny jeans (yeah, I know, I'm way behind, join the trend as it ends!) and I'm doing fine with my lovely Duo knee high boots. But the weather is about to change and what shoes do I wear? I don't really do ballet shoes - so could I get some Clarks flats? Maybe like this or maybe these? Or are these any good?
Or am I doing this all wrong?

I think mary jane type heels look good if not ballet pumps. I can't wear ballet pumps with skinny jeans as I have big feet, so tend to wear heels.

I don't think any of those will go with skinny jeans, sorry.
