Desperate for new jeans and venturing city-wards this weekend! Always loved my skinny jeans from Topshop, Baxters I think but the knees get worn quite easily...I am thinking Gap? Do you have straight leg/bootcut/skinny combo in your wardrobes? I know New Look/M&S ones have been raved about in the past..

I love Diesel jeans. The best place to try lots of makes is TK maxx. Depends on your figure TBH.

I personally HATE M&S jeans, but have found Next brilliant too. And not expensive.

My favourite jeans by a mile are my £8 Primark skinnies and straight leg ones

I like topshop baxters but the denim does not wash and wear well as you say.

Gap - well they always end up so much bigger by the end of the day so I'm not a fan.

If you're small the johnnie b at boden skinny ones are very good.

And if you're wanting to spend money - I rate Current/Elliott or J Brand.

River Island do the best mid-price jeans, IMHO

i never thiught i woukd stop wearing my beloved M& S bootcut but bought a pair of Indigo slim leg yesterday and i love them. Wore them today with boots on top and felt hip and happening

I have these and they are really comfy, I also get alot of good comments on them

Gap Long & Lean are fab. I buy Next jeans mainly as they fit me perfectly, but the quality isn't amazing IMO.

Another vote for Gap jeans, although I found an old pair of levis that are a tad big around the waist but are buttersoft. They feel divine on.

Uniqlo are my faves. They only come in one length but they alter them at the shop for you.
