Girls trousers with a 'more generous' waistline...where on the High Street...??

My DD is 10 and has over the last few months got fuller around the waist. We are a bit concerned about this, but are trying to play it cool and are hoping it is a precursor to a growth spurt (or at least will even out a bit then). However, she is getting a bit self-conscious about it especially as a lot of her trousers are not fitting her anymore. I want to get her a couple of pairs that fit comfortably, but that are not two sizes too big and therefore are too long - which the problem I have had with the ones I have tried so far. Is there a high street shop that sells either generously sized trousers or that does a special range that have an especially 'generous waist'...??

TIA

Next have a Plus fit for some of their range - not sure how well they would stock them on the high street, but they're definitely online. Some of them have adjustable waistbands as well, which could come in handy if she slims down while not growing upwards too much. DD is younger but definitely grows out before growing up, so we've had a couple of pairs in this fit to save her from multiple turn-ups!
