cut in the corner of my mouth

I have had a complicated root canal done which has been a nightmare, dentist complaining its in a difficuly position, she cannot reach it with her instruments, my mouth is small.... I can't open it wide enough, well now she has left me with a cut to the corner of my mouth which is not heeling! I have been to the pharmacist who recommended something for dry lips, its not working........ please help me

When I get these because of dry skin fucidic acid ointment works really well - apply it at night and in the morning it's gone. Not sure if you can get it over the counter or if it has to be prescribed
