Boden slim fit girls jeans, what are they like?

The ones i bought arrived today, we go on holiday tomorrow i've bought an entire outfit to go with them for dd but when she tried them on they are very snug bordering on too tight on the waist, she's 5 and very petite really so i'm suprised they're so tight they don't look like they do in the pic. My Question is will they stretch a bit do you think or should i just send them back?The length is perfect.

Maybe i should just starve her

you have something like 3 months to return them, so i would see if they stretch, a lot of jeans do.

They won't take them back if she wears them though. Could be an expensive mistake althoigh i suppose i can always stick the on ebay.

I have those jeans too and agree they are a very slim fit all around. The ones I bought were a perfect fit though did not stretch at all. I would send them back and get the next size up (DD was wearing the 3-4 when she was just 2 coming up to 3 and she is petite too - so they definately are small for size)
