I have just bought this top and have no idea what to wear with it...help!

I am a jeans and t-shirt sort of person - not really sure what possessed me to buy it, other than complete boredom with my wardrobe....
I am possibly having a style crisis, I have been a topshp girl all my life but at the age of 36 feel i am getting a bit old for it - however I am not ready for Boden just yet (although that is another thread entirely!)

Well I'd wear a white vest and skinny jeans with it - pretty much how its styled in the photo.
