I am 31 in May and DH is going to buy me a proper present this year as he always leaves it till the last minute and this time I want something useful.

I have never known how to put make up on properly, and want to have a proper lesson(s) with some proper make up to take away at the end of it, so I can go off and make myself look as beautiful as my made-up gorgeous friends who know what they're doing.

I have about £400 to spend and this needs to include a goody bag of products at the end for me to take away.

I don't feel confident that those free jobbies you get in Selfridges or Debenhams are ever good enough, as the people doing them always seem to have terrible make up on themselves (OTT). I tend to like more natural looks, but would love to know how to do a smokey eye and proper foundation etc, so I can stop looking 31 and more 21.

Any ideas? Ta.
