What is the best Primer out there?

I am currently using Benefit 'That Gal' and while I like it under powder, I dont think it really primes my skin under foundation.

Are there any better primers I can try?

Bobbi Brown is my favourite. I have quite dry skin and this goes well on top of moisturiser and leaves a lovely base for foundation. People have commented on my skin when I wear it! I tried the smashbox one that is meant to be great but it flakes if you have moisturiser on underneath so not good for dry skin. Mac is nice too.

YSL Top Secrets works wonders for me. Also like the Smashbox one

Just started using the L'Oreal 'Studio Secrets' one and it is brilliant. Almost identical to the Clarins one I used to use and half the price - win-win!

I like Clairns Beauty Flash if I'm looking tired and skin is dull but to give a velvet look under make-up the L'Oreal one is great.

I've got Mac, tis fab and has spf 50 too

Gosh Velvet Touch, great on my frankly awful skin
