How old and fat is too old and fat or a nose stud?

and if my nose hole is a bit closed up is it a really bad idea to push a stud through (potentially painful) and would I look ridiculous?

urgh to nose studs, sorry

peggotty · 28/03/2010 19:29

If you are older than 25, let the nose hole close with dignity!

DebiNewberry · 28/03/2010 19:31

Do whatever you want.

I don't know if I could push it through a closed up hole tho.

EccentricaGallumbits · 28/03/2010 19:32

it'll go half way. a glass of wine and it could go the whole way.

but I am old and fat.

I miss it.

I'm old and fat. Have had a nose stud for ten years. Currently it's in its closed phase. I take it out when I get bored, wait a year or two, miss it and re-stab it! Have been without for about a year now and am getting an itchy nose. It is painful though, no question. But I'm a wimp!

TulipsInTheRain · 28/03/2010 19:36

I have a ring in and i'm 26 and a size 10/12

I have a lip piercing and 8 earrings too.... i think i scare the other mommies

It'll hurt to shove it through but it'll be fine in a day or so

EccentricaGallumbits · 28/03/2010 19:36

will brace myself for a re-piercing.

will then promptly lose stud and not think about it for another 3 years.

job done.

can't decide if i look delightfully bohemian or a bit dogrough.

TulipsInTheRain · 28/03/2010 19:46

that's why i don't wear studs

try this have had one in for two years now and not lost it (although it did vanish in the car for a week only to reappear on the gear stick )

EccentricaGallumbits · 28/03/2010 19:49

if i'm too old and fat for a teeny little stud i'm much too old for a ring.

although i could be tempted.....
