I bought a dress from all saints which in the shop I liked but in my usual indecisive manner wasn't really sure about it when I got it home, at £90 (can't believe I paid that for a dress, have never spent so much, had a moment of madness!!)think that its a lot of money to keep a "think I like it but not sure" dress. Anyway took it back to all saints only then did I see in small print on the counter of the very dimly lit shop the sign that says no returns if its unwanted only refunds if faulty. I've ended up with a credit note. I;ve never experienced this in all my years of retail therapy. Is it so unreasonable to return an item, with labels, receipt, a week later from when it was purchased, in original bag, not worn only tried on and not expect refund? Or am I being too fussy?!!
