Seeking fabulous shoes

I have just bought this gorgeous dress but don't know what style/colour shoes to wear with it??

Any advice gratefully received! It's to wear to a wedding, so I was thinking of something fairly high, but comfy, as I'll be wearing them all day

I would wear silver

Hmm, I agree shoes of the same colour might be too much, but if they're plain enough then they could look nice. You don't want too much going on with the shoes, the dress has enough detailing.

Black patent. The platform peep-toes above would be great. For bag, a small clutch similar in style to the Bottega Venata Knot one. Basically, keep the accessories simple to let the dress shine.

Thanks for all these suggestions - I love the pewter ones and the black patent. I think you're right - keep the shoes simple as the dress has enough detail
