Just went in to the Regent St shop, some lovely stuff (though expensive)

Beware. My Xmas presents were oredred by my husband from here...what he didn't realise is that they were being shipped from the US. They took an age to arrive, over 3 weeks. The returns process was shambolic...not a good online shopping experience IMHO

But if they were Christmas presents, they'd have had to have been from the US, surely, if the .eu site has only just started up. According to the new website, UK delivery takes 3-4 days, or next day with express delivery.

Good point, doesn't explain why it took so long for them to arrive though....aren't I allowed to be dissapointed that they didn't get here for Christmas?

I looked cannot see anything I like, except some of the kitchen stuff.
