Sexy Pyjamas

... do they exist?

I'd like to step it up a notch when it comes to night attire - and don't feel ready to return to the buff. Any suggestions?

I'd call them cute rather than sexy but I did well with shorts-and-camisoles or short strappy nighties from Hush or Carma (ie nice fabrics, no slogans or pictures)

Pollyanna · 26/03/2010 12:19

depends what you/your dp find sexy? i would look on figleaves as it has a big selection.

my dh is quite easy to please - he just likes tight vest tops and pj bottoms (which I get from hush), so I don't have to do the whole silky thing.

Hmm - he's not really into the cotton vest and pj thing. (It's what I have now).
Silk / satin perhaps. Patterned or plain ok, a bit of shaping would be nice. I can only find boyish looking cuts apart from the £245 Agent Provocoteur (sp??) ones. Bit too pricey for me.

Sexy pyjamas=oxymoron.

cyb · 26/03/2010 13:18

Yes I was about to say there are no such things as sexy pyjamas. You are either wearing pyjamas (not sexy) or in the nuddy (sexy). or pyjamas that are about to come off (sexy)

Pollyanna · 26/03/2010 13:27

I quite like wearing boy pants and vest top. flab is not sexy imo.

ProudasPunch · 26/03/2010 13:58

Sexy pyjamas=oxymoron=that's what I feared.

Hurumph.

Any other ideas - as I go to dd sometimes in the night and I don't like being chilly.... but do feel like being attractive.

silk chemise or cami set thus

he has to pay though

GrumpyOldHorsewoman · 26/03/2010 15:13

I totally disagree with sexy pjs=oxymoron. Have you looked at Hush's catalogue? Unless you have a bod like Elle MacPherson there is nowt sexy about letting it all hang out. Tactfully covered is far sexier.

edwardcullensotherwoman · 26/03/2010 15:20

They have some really nice ones in Avon, and at a fairly decent price too. Failing that what about a sexy nightie instead? Keep a dressing gown handy for trips to dd's room in the night, sorted. Good luck!

You might find something from Pink Camellia:

theseventhdwarf · 12/03/2012 16:13

I have a few nice silky pairs from oasis a wear and hush I tend to wear the trousers and hen mix and math with different ci type tops. When i m in bed I don't wear the bottoms but have my dressing gown and trouser bottoms at side of bed if I need to go to the
Kids at night .
(then I have sexy underwear and cami top when in bed ...)

latrucha · 12/03/2012 18:44

I think Toast have some nice ones but £££££££££££££

latrucha · 12/03/2012 20:54

I thought some here were ok.

theseventhdwarf · 16/03/2012 10:10

That should have been cami tops
