Sorry if its been posted b4 but i have just found out that Coeliacs not only have to wory about their food and drink but now make-up,hair products,creams !!!!!
Im feeling really low at the moment so maybe im over reacting.
When will it ever stop. Why have i only just found this out?? Surely the Dr's should have said something to me. Or when i was searching online when i was 1st diagnosed.....
