Please help me accessorise this dress!

I've got a wedding in 2 weeks and have finally found a dress I do not look hideous in ... it's this one

Now I need:
a hat (church wedding stipulates hats must be worn, not fascinators)
shoes
bag
possibly a stole/pashmina in case it's cold.

I have tried on a cream hat borrowed froma friend and it's too light ... if anyone can suggest anything, Idon't have loads to spend, but dont' mind on shoes/bag as i will use them again possibly.

Lovely dress, really like the cut away detail at the top. It is a bit of a tricky colour to accesorise - I might have said silver for shoes and bag but don't know what colour for a hat. What sort of wedding is it where they say you must wear a hat?

It's a strict Baptish church, I had a thread about it a few months ago, must wear hat, cover shoulders and not wear trousers.
It is a tricky colour but I always play safe and wear black and hate wearing black to weddings so went for red which I love. It's slightly darker in rl, more of a raspberry colour than bright red.
Maybe I should go with black? Hmmmm....
Thank you though, am shopping Saturday so will maybe take the dress with me and see what goes.
